Ministry of Tribal Affairs has developed the online web-portal

The initiative aims at providing a Simplified, Mission-oriented, Accountable, Responsive & Transparent 'SMART' System for faster & effective disposal of Scholarships applications and delivery of funds directly into beneficiary's accounts without any leakages. Currently, it has 9 ministries and 21 schemes under it.
